The cooking style primarily reflects the availablity of local and regional produce, and is therefore strongly seasonal. We are committed to using as the raw material of our menus only the highest quality meat, vegetables, fruits, and cheese. We offer a traditional menu featuring the classics of Piedmontese cuisine, but we also try to be moderately creative.
