Anna Cortevesio is the chef. Once a financial consultant in Turin, she decided
to follow her double love for the Monferrato hills and for cooking: she settled
in a small village of the Monferrato Casalese and opened her longed for restaurant.
Before opening Le Corte, Anna nurtured and developed her passion for cooking into
a professional skill by attending classes in one of the best cooking schools of
Turin. Corrado Calvo, Anna’s husband, is in charge of the dining room operations
and of the wine selection.
